Gascon plum seed oil is light, rich in texture, absorbs quickly leaving the skin velvety and smooth, with a delicate film, but without a greasy feeling. It is very well tolerated by most skin types, especially recommended for dry, mature and irritated skin, as well as vascular skin. It is considered one of the most versatile oils. It is counted among the so-called low-modogenic oils - it does not weigh down the skin and does not clog pores.

In cosmetics, the oil is valued for its high content of unsaturated fatty acids (more than 90%) in the form of oleic (Omega-9) and linoleic (Omega-6) acid, a very high amount of vitamin E and valuable phytosterols: mainly beta-sitosterol. It is because of these that plum seed oil is one of the best choices for dry and irritated skin, which it will soothe, intensively soften, moisturize and nourish.
The oil is pressed from the seeds of plums of the famous Ente variety, loved for their extraordinary sweetness and fullness of flavor. The aroma of the oil fully reflects this: it smells of intensely sweet marzipan with undertones of dried fruit, smoked plum and chocolate.
