Returns
If you decide that you want to return a product purchased at Nutridome, you can do so within 14 days from the day of receiving the shipment.

RETURN FORM
Remember that the product you wish to return should be unused and packaged in its original packaging. Also, make sure that the package is properly secured for transport to prevent damage. The product must be returned no later than 14 days from the day of declaring the intention to withdraw from the agreement, to the address:

Include the completed return form in the package.
The costs associated with returning the product are covered by the customer.
Complaints
We attach great importance to ensure that you are completely satisfied with the purchases at Nutridome. Despite our efforts to deliver the highest quality products, it may happen that the received item is either damaged or does not meet your expectations. In such instances, you have the right to file a complaint. Complaints can be submitted via electronic form.
When submitting a complaint, please provide your order number or other details which can enable us to identify you, attach photos or a short video displaying the product’s defect.
Complaint processing time is up to 14 days. We will do our best to respond to your submission as quickly as it is possible.
