I don't understand all the raves about this conditioner.I've been using for the 6th week strictly according to the instructions and for my eyelashes this conditioner unfortunately doesn't work :(Further my eyelashes are short and weak. Maybe there is only a minimal difference. I am disappointed because I was guided by very good reviews before purchasing and was hoping for results.
