A high dose of fatty acids, the tablet is easy to swallow and does not leave an unpleasant aftertaste. With regular use, I noticed an improvement in immunity and overall well-being.

The capsules themselves have no taste, but sometimes there is a noticeable fishy aftertaste some time after taking them. They are also quite large, so it can be problematic to swallow them, I didn't have that problem. As for the effects, I noticed better immunity and improved memory.
