Unroll the mat on a level, clean surface and press the edges together so that it adheres well to the ground. Practice with socks or footwear with smooth soles (no spikes or sharp edges), avoiding moving heavy equipment on the mat. After your workout, wipe the surface with a damp cloth and a bit of mild detergent, pat dry and roll the printed/used layer outward. Store in a dry place, away from heat sources and without prolonged stress. When drying, do not expose the mat to direct sunlight. Do not dry on radiators. Avoid contact of the mat with sharp objects.

Idealna dla mnie mata. Mam inną w domu i chociaż jest grubsza ma 1.5 cm jest dużo mniej komfortowa. Ta mata sprawia, że ćwiczę dłużej. Jest doskonała a wykonanie i kolor też jest perfekcyjny jak i cena. Polecam!!!
