We recommend using the set daily and the clay 2–3 times a week:

In the morning:
Wash your face with cleansing foam, gently rinse with lukewarm water and dry your skin. Then apply a small amount of normalising cream with black cumin oil. It can be used under make-up.

In the evening:
Repeat cleansing with foam, then reapply the normalising cream.

2–3 times a week:
After cleansing your skin with foam, apply green clay as a mask. Apply a thin layer to your face, avoiding the eye and mouth areas. Leave on for 10–15 minutes, preventing it from drying out completely. Wash off with lukewarm water and finish with normalising cream.
