We recommend using the foam and cream daily, and the Dead Sea Mud Mask 1–2 times per week:

Morning:
Cleanse your face with the cleansing foam, rinse gently with lukewarm water, and pat your skin dry. Then apply a small amount of the balancing cream with black cumin oil. The cream can also be used as a makeup base.

Evening:
