How to use Scandinavian Biolabs eyelash growth serum: Make sure the skin around the eyes and eyelashes are free of makeup and other cosmetic products. Apply the Serum on the lash line in the same way you would apply liquid eyeliner. Let the serum absorb and leave it for at least 6 hours before cleansing. Once dry, makeup can be applied. Use the Serum 1-2 times a day (morning and evening).
