For winter strengthening I have not used anything better. It is known that vitamin C strengthens immunity, but this form in me really absorbs well, and I will no longer replace it with regular vitamin C (although maybe it would be a cheaper option, but not as effective).

I am a fan of natural, supplements I rather avoid, I focus on healthy food and exercise. But I got this supplement as a gift, the composition is very ok, so I stated that I would try it out. And I have to recommend it. Handy package, looks nice on a man's shelf and works. In autumn I always had a runny nose, and since I've been taking acerole it hasn't happened yet.
