Nálam a tüdőgyógyász enyhe asztmát állapított meg még az év elején.Nappali és éjjeli használatra külön külön sprayt irt fel..Napjainkig mindössze 1-1 alkalommal éltem ezzel a lehetőséggel,amit néhány napja a felülvizsgálat során el mondtam a főorvosnak.Az őszi pollenekre vagyok érzékeny,napi 1 kapszula Quercitin a megoldás.Ezt a barátaimnak is elmondtam,jelentkezni fognak.
