How to use Saint Éternité rosemary oil: For bathing: add 10-15 drops of essential oil to warm water in the bath. Dose under the stream of water. For massage: mix 8 drops of essential oil with 100 ml of base oil (such as jojoba oil). As a cosmetic additive: 4 drops per 50 ml of cream or lotion. 10-15 drops per 100 ml of shower gel or shampoo. In an essential oil fireplace: about 5 drops.

Can the oil be added to drinks or food?
No. Essential oils are not fit for consumption.
How to use the oil in a fireplace or diffuser?
