How to use TanExpert Absolute Ultra Dark MineTan Self-Tanning Foam: The day before application, do a full body scrub. This will help the tan last even longer. Apply the foam to the body devoid of cosmetics. Apply it on gloves and spread it in circular motions all over the body. You can boldly tan your face as well. Hands and feet are tanned at the very end with the remaining foam from the glove (they should be lighter than the rest of the body - these parts of the body absorb the bronzer more strongly). We wait a few minutes and put on preferably dark and loose clothing. We keep the foam on the body from 1 to 3 h for a pronounced effect, and if necessary to strengthen the color we can extend this time even to 8 h and go to sleep :)After this time we take a short shower (45 seconds) with water alone and we are done :) Full bathing is possible after 8 h, and the final tanning effect will be visible after 24 h.
