Roll out the mat on a flat, dry surface, non-slip side up, and exercise barefoot or in non-slip socks (avoid shoes). After your workout, wipe the surface with a damp cloth with a mild detergent, let it dry completely, then roll the workout layer outward. Store in a dry, airy place away from sunlight and heat, avoiding contact with oils, cosmetics and sharp objects.

Can You Exercise In Shoes And Outdoors?
You Can, But We Do Not Recommend Practicing Yoga With Shoes. For Longer Mat Life, we recommend practicing in bare feet or non-slip socks and avoiding very rough/sharp surfaces. For Outdoors, Choose a Level Surface (E.g. Grass, Smooth Terrace).
