Two capsules per day, immediately after a meal, washed down with an adequate amount of water. Do not exceed the recommended daily serving for consumption. Dietary supplement should not be used as a substitute (replacement) for a varied diet. A varied diet and a healthy lifestyle are recommended. Not recommended for pregnant and lactating women, as well as people under 18 years of age. Do not use in case of hypersensitivity to the ingredients of the preparation. Store in a tightly closed container at room temperature, out of the reach of small children. Protect from light and moisture.
