Before first use, wash the bottle thoroughly with warm water and mild detergent, then rinse. Fill with cold or lukewarm beverage (up to 1,000 ml), twist the cap to a perceptible stop and take it to your workout, to work or outdoors. Drink throughout the day in small sips, and after use, empty, wash and leave open to dry. Do not pour hot drinks.

Can I Pour Hot Drinks into the Bidon?
No. This Bidon should not be used for hot liquids - Stick to Water and Cold or Summer Drinks.
Is the Bottle Airtight?
Yes, When the Cap is Tightened Properly, the Bidon is Leak-proof. Carry It Upright in a Bag or Backpack for Safety.
Is it Dishwasher Safe?
We recommend Hand Washing with Warm Water with Mild Detergent. If you nevertheless use a dishwasher, Choose Cooler Programs and Avoid High Temperatures.
Is it suitable for carbonated drinks/juices?
For Carbonated Beverages - Yes, but Do Not Overfill and Carefully Unscrew the Cap. After Juice/Isotonic Rinse Once to Avoid Sediment and Odor.
